By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Not a substitute for medical advice. Naturopathic care is complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care. Please continue to see your GP or specialist for diagnosis and treatment, and seek immediate medical attention in an emergency.

Bookings. Appointments are made through our private online booking system, for both in-person (Margaret River, WA) and online consultations. Online consultations require a stable internet connection and a private space on your end.

Cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules with more than 24 hours' notice incur no fee. Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, incurs the full consultation fee.

Fees. All consultation fees are non-refundable, including in cases of late cancellation or non-attendance. They can be rescheduled if more than 48 hour notice.

Privacy & records. Your patient file is stored securely and is only accessible to you and your practitioner. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988) and never share it with third parties except where required by law, with your consent, or to provide your care. You can request access to or correction of your file at any time.

AI-assisted note-taking. We use Heidi, an AI clinical note-taking tool, to help capture accurate consultation notes. Notes are reviewed by your practitioner before being saved to your file. Booking a consultation means you consent to this — if you'd prefer notes taken manually instead, just let us know beforehand.

Confidentiality. What you share with us is confidential, disclosed only where required by law, where there's a serious safety risk, or with your consent.

Website use. All content on this site is the property of ELD Naturopathy and provided for general information only.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, ELD Naturopathy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services, except where liability can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
