Your first appointment starts with your story, not a checklist. Together, we'll cover:
Your current and past health concerns, and your family and medical history
Your diet, lifestyle, and social and environmental factors
Your personal health goals, and how we'll work towards them
Any recent pathology or functional test results
Referrals for further testing, if needed
You'll leave with a personalised treatment plan, including your goals, tailored dietary and lifestyle advice, recipes, and herbal or nutritional prescriptions if needed.
-
30 mins | $130
45 mins | $150
60 mins | $165These sessions keep your progress moving. We'll review how you're tracking, discuss any test results, and refine your dietary and lifestyle advice as we go.
Any updated prescriptions are discussed and dispensed on the day, and you'll receive your treatment summary by the end of the day.
-
20 mins | $100
For when something flares up and you need support now, think colds, flus, infections or an eczema flare.
These sessions sit alongside your existing treatment plan rather than diving into your long-term goals.
-
Price varies ($50–$600 depending on test)
Sometimes we need a clearer picture of what's going on underneath the surface. If needed, I may recommend:
Stool testing — microbiome mapping, food intolerance, inflammation
Saliva testing — female and male hormones, stress and adrenal function, cortisol
Urine testing — DUTCH hormone testing, stress hormones, metabolic markers
Blood testing — general pathology, iron studies, B12, liver function, magnesium, electrolytes
Swabs — vaginal and oral microbiome
Testing is only ever recommended after your initial consultation, based on what you actually need.
A NOTE:
PRIVATE HEALTH
