What is Naturopathy?

As a naturopath, I believe in treating individuals as a whole, addressing all aspects of their health rather than isolated symptoms. My approach is rooted in functional, evidence-based practices, aiming to identify and address the underlying causes of health issues for long-lasting improvements. I strive to facilitate healing from within, helping my clients regain their natural glow.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathy, specialising in nutritional medicine and herbalism. Registered with ANTA, my focus areas include gut health, women’s health, and nervous system support. Through thorough naturopathic case taking and advanced diagnostic testing, I delve deep into the root causes of my clients’ health concerns.
